Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to promote and sell HVAC equipment solutions to mechanical contractors, designers, consulting engineers, and owners.

The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and be able to build strong relationships with customers. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining existing accounts, and negotiating contracts.

This role requires a strong understanding of the HVAC industry and a proven track record of sales success. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in large HVAC equipment field sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell HVAC equipment solutions to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in large HVAC equipment field sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC industry
