Position Overview:
As a Senior Account Manager for Enterprise Success, you will act as the primary delivery leader within our account team, serving as a vital strategic partner to our clients.

Your main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate transformative outcomes for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Management:

    Take ownership of customer relationships by identifying key stakeholders and cultivating robust connections with executive sponsors and core teams that engage with our solutions.

    Effectively navigate complex organizational structures to pinpoint champions and ensure alignment between customer business objectives and our product strategies.

  2. Comprehend Customer Requirements:

    Gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' business challenges, goals, and success metrics to assist them in achieving their desired results.

    Develop extensive knowledge of 7SIGNAL products and how they can be utilized to fulfill various business objectives.

  3. Growth Strategy Development:

    Formulate and execute strategies that enhance product adoption, engagement, and scalable growth, contributing to increased revenue.

    Facilitate consistent renewals to sustain existing revenue streams while also identifying and pursuing new growth avenues.

    This role includes an annual sales target for expansion within our current client accounts.

  4. Data-Driven Insights and Recommendations:

    Produce forward-thinking, data-informed analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer objectives and quantify significant opportunities, providing clear action plans.

  5. Leadership and Success Measurement:

    Oversee key partnership initiatives, including regular checkpoints, business reviews, and technical escalations.

    Identify essential goals and key performance indicators to effectively measure client satisfaction and success.

  6. Advocate for Customer Feedback:

    Serve as an advocate for our clients, collaborating closely with internal teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.


Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience working with Enterprise clients, maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers, while driving collaboration and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

Capability to identify and influence key decision-makers.

Ability to network across multiple levels within an account, including C-Level executives.

Prior experience in selling SAAS IT solutions is required, with a preference for experience in networking.

This position is remote and may involve up to 25% travel.
