The Corporate Enterprise Accounting Program Office (CAEPO) at Amazon LLC is seeking a creative and passionate senior program manager to help achieve our vision to provide a world-class enterprise resource planning (ERP) onboarding experience to our global business partners in support of our company's journey to become the most customer-centric company in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage initiatives within Accounting and drive effective people, processes, and technological improvements through accounts receivable and payable lifecycle to achieve organizational goals and deliver results.
  • Own business integration programs while standardizing the global implementation processes and driving efficiency.
  • Engage and align with local and global business, finance, and operational teams, system developers, and product managers.
  • Support business initiatives through designing transactional workflows, defining requirements, and testing solutions to ensure delivery is as expected while delivering and improving the customer experience.
  • Implement mechanisms to monitor and measure performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules.

Team CAEPO is a cross-functional team comprised of tenured accounting and financial services SMEs as well as technical project managers with deep subject matter expertise for ERP and financial systems. Our vision is to deliver long-term, robust financial systems and processes to Amazon via best-in-class program management.
