About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) among Fortune 1000 companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to drive revenue growth and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Accelerate customer adoption by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS services.
About the Team

Our team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. We believe that world-class support is critical to customer success and partner with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
