ENTERPRISE CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST
As an Enterprise Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of technical initiatives.

Your duties will encompass planning, executing, and finalizing projects, defining their scope, setting timelines, effectively managing resources, and ensuring successful delivery within budgetary and time constraints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the InEvent platform and services to assist clients with inquiries while consistently recommending optimal solutions for their projects;
- Develop comprehensive project plans that detail tasks, timelines, resource needs, and key milestones;
- Address client concerns and strive to enhance all facets of the client experience with the organization;
- Continuously advocate for the value of the InEvent platform and promote upselling through superior customer/client interactions;
- Recommend improvements to existing processes within all Customer Success initiatives;
- Provide support to Enterprise clients via email and virtual meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role is essential;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to cultivate positive business relationships;
- Experience in delivering training or live customer support is required;
- Technical proficiency is necessary; knowledge of HTML and CSS or any programming language is advantageous;
- Strong accountability and personal organization skills are crucial;
- In-depth understanding of customer concerns and perspectives regarding product usage, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Natural problem solver;
- Quick learner with resilience;
- Eligibility to travel and work in the U.S. (must possess an SSN);

Periodic visits to client locations may be necessary for training and implementation, expected to be around 10-20% of the time. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
