Key job responsibilities
The Sr.

Program Manager will manage initiatives within Accounting and will be responsible for driving effective people, processes, and technological improvements through accounts receivable and payable lifecycle to achieve organizational goals and deliver results.

This individual will have ownership over business integration programs while standardizing the global implementation processes and driving efficiency.

This role will require engagement and alignment with local and global business, finance, and operational teams, system developers and product managers.

Responsibilities include supporting business initiatives through designing transactional workflows, defining requirements and testing of the solutions to ensure delivery is as expected while delivering and improving the customer experience.

Implementation of mechanisms to monitor and measure performance is essential. - Partner with key counterparts across geographies to launch business and/or technical initiatives in a scalable and cost effective manner

  • End to end project management across a suite of launches within a program
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional designs
  • Oversee comprehensive testing of systems changes and development of standard operating procedures, process documentation and performance metrics
  • Manage process transitions/implementations across multiple functions and geographies
  • Motivate and influence business, operational and technical teams to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented
  • About the team
Team CAEPO- A cross functional team comprised of tenured accounting and financial services SMEs as well as technical project managers with deep subject matter expertise for ERP and financial systems

5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules
