About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our largest enterprise clients in the Seattle area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they are getting maximum value from our services.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed promptly.
  • Product Insights: Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product, and provide insights to the rest of the team.
  • Product Education: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and educate customers on how they can utilize them to achieve their goals.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for customer growth and new business, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify and lead team process improvements.
  • Product Development: Provide insights to the product team, advocating for the customers and providing input on product development.
  • Onboarding and Adoption: Manage customer onboarding, training, and product adoption.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a customer success role within the technology industry (e.g. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or their partners).
  • ARR/GRR/NRR Management: Proven experience with managing ARR/GRR/NRR.
  • Consultative Selling: Strong background with consultative selling, renewal negotiations, and qualifying expansion lead opportunities.
  • Cloud and SaaS: Foundational familiarity with Cloud Platform, Cyber Security, IT Service Management, Dev Ops, E-Commerce to engage with Technology, Product and Marketing functional leaders.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate complex ideas and concepts. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship building and account management skills.
  • Start-up Mentality: Able to work successfully in a start-up mentality environment.
