Job Title: Executive Director of Regional Growth
Estimated Salary: $450,000-$600,000 per year
The successful candidate will lead a team of regional branch managers to drive advisor retention, satisfaction, and growth in their respective regions. Key responsibilities include setting growth targets and associated sales plans, executing on team and succession planning opportunities, and managing the division's P&L.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services and/or wealth management industry
- Experience in branch leadership (managing multiple offices); home office leadership strongly preferred
- Ability to motivate employees, build teams, and drive outcomes related to advisor satisfaction, growth, and recruitment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to balance the need to build trust/respect amongst your advisors with the need to maintain the integrity of the business vertical
- Highly strategic thinker with strong business acumen; capable of assessing complex problems, prioritizing key issues, and focusing on relevant facts while maintaining a strong execution focus
