Job OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. The successful candidate will lead our regional sales operation, developing and executing strategies to achieve financial targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Lead and motivate the Regional Sales Team through ongoing education and training
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing high-performance sales teams
- Proven ability to write comprehensive sales plans and position products effectively against competitors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel between 25-45% annually
A highly competitive salary estimated at $120,000-$180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones, this role offers excellent work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
