Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 per year

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients, who look to us as advocates for their aspirations and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake, organization, and processing of client requests, ensuring that critical items receive the advisor's personal attention.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing correspondence.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to align work with advisor or broker/dealer standards.
  • Monitor pending business documentation and follow up on outstanding transactions.
  • Maintain timely turnaround on all tasks.
  • Stay informed about client meetings and ongoing projects to effectively manage priorities.
  • Coordinate the advisor's calendar and commitments efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory
  • Prior industry experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Technologically adept
  • Experience in administrative support for advisors
  • Ability to generate reports for client meetings
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated stability and growth in previous roles
