Job Overview: The Healthcare Client Relationship Manager will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients. This role is crucial for meeting sales targets and achieving strategic account goals. The Manager will represent the full spectrum of company offerings to designated clients while overseeing the account planning process to ensure that client needs and expectations are consistently met.

The individual will serve as the primary point of contact and solutions advisor between Interpreters and Translators, Inc. and its clients. The Manager will cultivate and sustain high-quality relationships that drive significant growth. By leveraging innovative strategies, a commitment to customer service, and strong relationship-building skills, the Manager will guide clients through the solution process to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
50% Achieve sales objectives and strategic account goals for assigned clients.
  • Lead the account planning process to ensure client needs are addressed effectively.
  • Meet established targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, positioning the Manager as a trusted resource and partner.
  • Coordinate with company personnel, including support and management, to meet account performance goals.
  • Facilitate a collaborative planning process that sets mutual performance objectives and milestones for the future.
  • Continuously assess and validate client needs.
  • Lead the development of solutions that align with client requirements, involving necessary company resources.

30% Drive new client acquisition and meet sales targets in assigned market segments.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts to secure new clients.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Develop tactical plans to drive new sales volume.
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote the company’s key messages and gain a competitive edge.

10% Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and competitive dynamics to provide suitable solutions.
  • Understand client motivations and values across different levels of influence.
  • Demonstrate expertise in industry trends and engage effectively with current and potential clients.

10% Advocate for clients in the development of new products and services.
  • Keep the leadership team informed about market trends and challenges to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on market dynamics and foster enthusiasm for new initiatives.
  • Participate in internal meetings to ensure client needs are integrated into product development.

Performance Metrics:
  • Meet assigned sales quotas for strategic accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong research skills, particularly in social media and online platforms.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for building relationships with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
