Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Gutter Installation Specialist to become a key member of our team. The successful candidate will possess at least two years of hands-on experience in gutter installation and a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices. As a Senior Gutter Installation Specialist, your duties will include dismantling outdated gutter systems, installing new ones, performing minor carpentry repairs, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant gutter installation experience
  • Must be insurable and hold a valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in project planning is advantageous
  • Organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Essential customer service abilities
  • Capacity to work outdoors for extended hours
  • Preparedness for seasonal weather conditions
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dismantle existing gutter systems
  • Design, fabricate, and install new gutter systems
  • Install gutter protection systems
  • Maintain and clean gutter systems
  • Perform minor carpentry repairs
  • Operate gutter machinery
  • Complete all assigned tasks promptly while safeguarding the customer's property
  • Provide daily updates on job progress
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work vehicle and storage area
