Regional Business Developer

Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity? As a Regional Business Developer at Vert Environmental in San Jose, you will play a key role in driving new business and exceeding sales goals.
This position requires a proven track record of success, strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a passion for hitting goals. You will implement our proven sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets, creating and fulfilling a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory.
The salary for this role is $200,000 (salary + commission), and you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a company car, gas card, phone, computer, medical, dental, and vision benefits.
You will stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM, ensuring customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry.
To be successful in this role, you must have 3-5 years of sales experience, a bachelor's degree or high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. You should also have working knowledge of a CRM, strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and live in the Bay Area currently, preferably daily driving proximity to San Jose.
