Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the sales and marketing of existing and new products at the Silicon Valley office for the Americas. The successful candidate will plan and implement strategies, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction to achieve the Company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales and marketing of existing and new products in the Americas region
• Plan and implement strategies to achieve sales and marketing goals
• Manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources
• Work in a cross-cultural environment to promote products and achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English/Japanese (conversational is OK)
• Ability to travel up to 40% domestic/international (Japan)
• Previous experience with New Business Development/Customer Acquisitions
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of related sales experience in semiconductor, chemicals, plastics or healthcare industry or combination of education/experience
