As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to collaborate closely with our Senior Director of Sales and Support.

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in enhancing our sales operations and will directly influence our customer service strategies in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Senior Director of Sales and Support with daily operations and projects.

2. Manage incoming calls, offering assistance and information to field trainers, location managers, and Membership Service Advisors (MSA).

3. Collaborate closely with field trainers to ensure efficient operations (sales-related) and effective training sessions.

4. Generate and submit reports on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.

5. Coordinate training schedules for all locations.

6. Spend time in the field with our field trainers, MSAs, and managers.

7. Travel out of state as required (MI, IN, WI).

8. Support the organization and communication of promotions, campaigns, and IT issues to MSAs and Managers in a timely manner.

9. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to foster the growth of the sales and Unlimited Club departments.

10. Identify and pursue Fleet Accounts, fostering relationships for complimentary wash programs with large local businesses.

Required Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales.

2. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

4. Capability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
