Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Patients: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients from the start of their dental journey, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout treatment.
  • Conduct Patient Reviews: Thoroughly review patients' health histories to provide quality care and ensure accurate treatment planning.
  • Assist Hygienists: Provide superior support to our hygienists during a wide range of procedures, adhering to state dental practice acts and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
  • Prepare Treatment Rooms: Ensure treatment rooms are stocked and ready for patients, adhering to strict safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
  • Utilize Dentrix: Effectively use Dentrix for patient scheduling and record-keeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Partner with Providers: Collaborate with our providers and team to follow office systems and maximize office workflow, ensuring seamless patient care.
Qualifications
  • On-the-Job Training: Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training and additional certification as required by state regulations.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing, with the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as needed.
