As a Technical Equipment Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of gaming equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the setup, upkeep, and repair of gaming tables and associated equipment, including lighting and communication systems.
  • Electronic Equipment Handling: Conduct assembly and disassembly tasks for electronic devices.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment status.
  • Process Improvement: Implement innovative strategies to enhance operational processes related to equipment management.
  • Roulette Wheel Management: Ensure the proper functioning of roulette wheels through:
    • Regular rotation and swapping between tables.
    • Calibration of in-rim sensors and visual inspections for defects.
    • Connection establishment between roulette wheels and server systems.
    • Software installation on dealer PCs and configuration of communication ports.
  • Shuffle Machine Oversight: Manage the maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of shuffle machines, including:
    • Communication with manufacturers for technical support.
    • Testing new shuffle machines prior to installation.
  • Card Management: Handle the logistics of card transportation and destruction, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Emergency Response: Act promptly during critical situations involving gaming equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the GIR team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Additional Duties: Occasionally perform tasks such as electrical soldering, joinery, and heavy lifting as directed by management.

Note: This position requires flexibility and a proactive approach to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
