Job Summary

The Workforce Management Specialist plays a critical role in creating and implementing scheduling solutions that meet the dynamic business demands of MGM Resorts International. This position requires a subject matter expert in Workforce Management software and processes, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scheduling solutions that account for current business demands and exceptions
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate staffing levels and formulate efficiency strategies
  • Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models to enhance staffing
  • Monitor and communicate system issues and downtime to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators, including Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA, and AHT on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management software and processes
