About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Targeted Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the West coast of the United States and promote sales to customers on the East coast of Canada.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with distributors and customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve annual Sales Budget targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing programs
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the FMCG grocery/food industry (beverage preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid U.S driving license and access to a vehicle

Working Conditions:

  • Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, occasional evening/weekend work may be required
  • Up to 50% travel, mainly local, sometimes overnight

Estimated Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 based on location and performance.
