Account Growth Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at La Quinta LAX. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building relationships with clients, and leveraging Hilton programs to increase hotel visibility.
Responsibilities and Expectations* Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Leverage Hilton systems and tools to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with hotel peers to drive sales efforts and achieve revenue goals.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales and marketing roles in a similar sized operation. Licenses or certificates are not required.
