About the Role

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead efforts in achieving organic growth goals. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies for existing business retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional value to SBM customers, promoting advocacy and aligning with our established growth plan.
  • Provide leadership and direction to support program retention and organic growth, meeting individual account and corporate goals.
  • Maintain compliance across all sites within the portfolio, adhering to contractual agreements, internal processes, and company initiatives.
  • Ensure timely reporting requirements are met, including internal growth updates, customer-facing reviews, and monthly portfolio assessments.
  • Travel to assess site performance and relationship health, identifying opportunities for service enhancements and process improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Level II: 8+ years of experience.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Dynamic communication skills to effectively present to internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability to develop engaging PowerPoint presentations and report documents.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive compensation and benefits.
