Strategic Account Growth Specialist

Lead Love: We're a dynamic company looking for a talented Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team. As a Strategic Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals independently.
About the Job:
This flexible, part-time position is designed for a strategic and results-driven individual who's ready to make an impact while helping shape our sales processes. You'll work alongside another Strategic Account Growth Specialist and the Founder.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage our CRM database, partnerships, and LinkedIn to network and engage with potential prospects.
- Drive new business cycles from initial contact, pitching, and winning deals independently.
- Document and refine sales processes for others to follow in the future.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience selling services (similar industries to ours are preferred).
- Ability to connect services to business outcomes and articulate the why behind our work.
- Comfortable navigating CRMs, curious to learn about new features, and able to adopt new software tools quickly.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
