Administrative Assistant Coordinator

 

Overview:

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain electronic files
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any travel emergencies
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails
  • Arrange travel for mariners to attend training and navigation assessments
  • Communicate travel arrangements to the mariners
  • Partner with Corporate Travel on travel issues

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Associates Degree preferred with 2+ - 5 years of experience with travel and timing coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
