Administrative Coordinator

- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and providing solutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Process and manage vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate data entry for AP.
- Handle customer billing, process payments, and manage collections for AR.
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Assist with month-end close by preparing reports and supporting documentation for AP/AR.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and organizing records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
