Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FirstService Residential. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree with concentration in business or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of related work experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
