Job Overview

Position Summary

The Lifetime Value Co. is in search of an Onboarding HR Coordinator dedicated to enhancing our brand portfolio by delivering outstanding onboarding experiences for our new employees. We take pride in providing exceptional service from the very first interaction with our new hires. As we rapidly expand, we require a proactive individual to manage our comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to create an onboarding experience that reflects LTV's Core Values.
  • Conduct essential screenings for new hires, including background and reference checks.
  • Draft and send offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Oversee all communication with new hires following their acceptance of the offer.
  • Facilitate the enrollment of new employees into LTV's HRIS and benefits programs.
  • Ensure all required new-hire documentation is completed and properly filed.
  • Manage announcements related to new hires within the company.
  • Coordinate the ordering of equipment for new employees.
  • Lead the onboarding and training process for the first 100 days of employment.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and any changes in employment status.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Assist with various special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of federal and multi-state HR regulations.
  • Experience in onboarding processes and handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive demeanor and a strong commitment to responsibilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Experience in the SaaS or e-commerce sectors is preferred.
