The Team
The Onboarding team is pivotal in ensuring that clients can efficiently initiate operations on our platform. Beyond the routine tasks of application setup and project oversight, the team collaborates with our Engineering and Product departments to identify customer challenges, ensuring a high-quality and expedited onboarding experience.
Your Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Enterprise Client Onboarding Manager to join our team. In this position, you will engage directly with our Enterprise clients, overseeing their onboarding and launch processes on the Findigs platform. You will collaborate with our Enterprise Sales teams to promote revenue growth and ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service for our Customer Success team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their objectives and needs; leverage this understanding to guide them through best practices, ensuring their long-term success with the Findigs platform.
  • Identify necessary tools, processes, and project management strategies to facilitate a smooth launch and implementation of the Findigs platform for all clients.
  • Coordinate resources from internal teams, clients, and third-party partners by establishing and managing project timelines and plans for each client onboarding.
  • Conduct initial account setup for each client within the Findigs platform, acting as a trusted product advisor to address any configuration challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, Training & Enablement, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless onboarding and a superior customer experience.
  • Contribute to ongoing product enhancement by gathering and communicating product feedback to our Product and Engineering teams, advocating for client needs in the product prioritization process, and providing insights on features under development.
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and/or project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or actively pursuing certification.
  • Familiarity with the B2B SaaS sales cycle and the ability to align project initiatives with sales goals and client requirements.
  • Experience in a customer onboarding capacity within a high-growth SaaS startup, with an understanding of the unique challenges and solutions to address them.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex information and communicating effectively across various organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated speed, resourcefulness, and adaptability in navigating new environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with property management systems.
