We are looking for a dedicated professional to fulfill the role of Client Implementation Specialist within our Global Markets division.

In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly in the following areas:
  • Independently manage the onboarding process for clients, including account openings, closures, and transitions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their onboarding and transition phases.
  • Gather and evaluate necessary documentation and reference data, ensuring compliance with AML and KYC regulations before account activation.
  • Meet all service level agreements (SLAs) while preparing clients for new account entry by clarifying documentation requirements and market expectations.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to facilitate new account openings post due diligence completion.
  • Assist clients with documentation requirements and provide onsite support and training as needed.
  • Ensure receipt of application forms and tax documentation from investors.
  • Review documentation and coordinate with internal and external parties to meet compliance standards.
  • Lead project management efforts for onboarding and transitions, including reporting, planning, and issue tracking.
  • Ensure clients receive comprehensive training or conduct training sessions personally.
  • Identify and address significant gaps or quality issues in transition processes, proposing improvements.
  • Maintain an active portfolio of clients, ensuring ongoing account activity is managed effectively.
  • Guarantee that onboarding and transition activities comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate legal negotiations or document reviews and participate in user acceptance testing and fault resolution.
  • Oversee the success of complex transitions, ensuring client satisfaction through quality monitoring and management of the client experience.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues, acting as a team lead without direct reports.
  • Recommend process enhancements based on transition analysis.
  • May involve people management responsibilities in certain regions.
  • Handle complex, mature, or global clients and contribute to team and area objectives.
To excel in this position, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in transition management or project management is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management or a related field is required.
