Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Leader who is passionate about our mission and has a strong background in recruitment. This role requires a tech-savvy individual who can effectively represent Women In Need as a brand ambassador both in-person and online.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Management: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, ensuring a streamlined process from kickoff meetings to candidate onboarding.
2. Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch experience for candidates, facilitating the interview and offer processes to ensure satisfaction for both candidates and hiring managers.
3. Program Development: Contribute to the enhancement of talent acquisition programs and provide insights for improving recruitment strategies.
Networking and Outreach
Utilize your networking skills to cultivate a diverse talent pool. Engage with various social media platforms to attract candidates who resonate with our mission. Conduct outreach to educational institutions and community organizations to promote open positions.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
Prepare and present reports on talent pipeline metrics to stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Partnership Building:
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring teams, utilizing data to recommend effective hiring strategies. Foster relationships with educational institutions and community partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong commitment to the mission and values of Women In Need, Inc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to build trust and accountability within teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with a focus on relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or SCP certification.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with design tools and applicant tracking systems.
