Position Title

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Coordinator

We are looking for a part-time candidate with flexible hours to be determined upon hiring. Candidates should possess strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, G-Suite, Pages, and Keynote. The ability to quickly adapt to various technology platforms is essential. This position is remote, and applicants must reside in the state of New York to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

  • Provide virtual support for recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Review candidate resumes and cover letters.
  • Offer suggestions for improvements to job postings and descriptions.
  • Conduct phone screenings of potential candidates.
  • Track and evaluate candidates to identify top contenders for positions.
  • Consult with the owner/CEO on recruitment strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for effective hiring practices.

2. Onboarding:

  • Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the organization.
  • Observe current employees to assist in SOP development.
  • Coordinate audio/video materials to support SOP creation.

3. Staff Training & Development:

  • Develop training materials for new remote employees.
  • Assist in the virtual training of new hires.
  • Update company policies and procedures as needed.
  • Create SOPs focused on staff retention and development.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Engage in marketing, content writing, and blogging activities.
  • Conduct market research and client acquisition initiatives.
  • Assist with website copywriting and editing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or recruiting/human resources.
  • Experience in recruiting within healthcare and education sectors is preferred.
  • High school diploma or higher education status required.
  • Must be highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Exceptional writing and grammar skills, along with strong verbal communication abilities.
  • Flexibility in work hours is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure with various deadlines.
  • Experience with MindBody online software is a plus.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $18 to $20, based on qualifications and experience.
