The Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to enhance our Advisor Experience team. This role requires proficiency in data analysis, strategic insight generation, and effective communication, along with a strong business sense.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to derive insights from data. They should be adaptable to the dynamic nature of our organization and willing to engage with both our travel advisors and partners.

The Business Operations Manager will work closely with the Head of Advisor Experience, demonstrating sound judgment in advancing special projects independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate data-driven insights regarding advisor engagement from onboarding through to their initial bookings and ongoing business development.
  • Collaborate as a strategic partner within the Advisor Experience team and across departments.
  • Utilize data insights to identify business opportunities and propose enhancements.
  • Transform insights into actionable project plans, overseeing their execution and progress reporting.
  • Manage the monthly Net Promoter Score (NPS) process, including analysis and development of insights, alongside unique projects addressing advisor needs.
  • Work with the Head of Advisor Experience to formulate an advisor-focused strategy and facilitate quarterly and annual planning.
  • Monitor KPIs at both team and individual levels using analytical tools.
  • Engage cross-functionally to pinpoint business opportunities and suggest improvements.
  • Effectively manage projects and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Lead special strategic initiatives to enhance advisor experience and support business growth in collaboration with Product, Customer Experience, Growth, and Marketing teams.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in a commercial or consulting capacity, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Analytical thinker: Capable of making informed decisions based on data while also trusting instincts when data is scarce.
  • Proactive problem-solver: No challenge is too daunting.
  • Resilient: Able to navigate ambiguous situations and act decisively with professionalism.
  • Highly organized: Effectively manage a busy schedule and extensive task lists without oversight.
  • Effective communicator: Able to convey information clearly to various audiences, from executives to entry-level staff, tailoring the message appropriately.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000, plus equity.

Work Authorization
