The Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to enhance our Advisor Experience team. This role requires proficiency in data analysis, insightful communication, and a strong understanding of commercial dynamics.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to derive insights from data. They should thrive in a dynamic environment and be willing to extend their responsibilities beyond their current role. This position will interact with both our network of travel advisors and our partners in the travel industry.

The Business Operations Manager will report directly to the Head of Advisor Experience, taking initiative to advance special projects independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate data-driven insights regarding advisor activities from onboarding through to their first booking and ongoing business development.
  • Act as a strategic partner within the Advisor Experience team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize data insights to identify commercial opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
  • Transform insights into detailed project plans, overseeing their execution and reporting.
  • Manage the monthly Net Promoter Score (NPS), including analysis and project development based on advisor feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Advisor Experience to formulate an advisor-focused strategy and participate in planning sessions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) at both team and individual levels using analytical tools.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to effectively manage projects and communicate progress.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that enhance advisor experiences and support their business growth in partnership with other departments.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, with 1-2 years in a commercial or consulting capacity, ideally with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Analytical thinker: Capable of making data-informed decisions while also relying on intuition when necessary.
  • Self-starter: No challenge is too daunting, and no problem is insurmountable.
  • Resilient: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making swift, informed decisions.
  • Highly organized: Able to manage a busy schedule and prioritize effectively.
  • Effective communicator: Skilled in conveying information to diverse audiences, adapting style as needed.

Compensation

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000, plus equity.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility in working from home and in the office.
