About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director, 4 Managers, and individuals within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Screen emails, respond to inquiries, and maintain confidentiality when required.
  • Timekeeping and Expense Reporting: Accurately record and report time spent on tasks, as well as process expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make necessary travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for Client applications, including invoice, expense, timekeeping, and procurement needs.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
