Administrative Support Professional

Boulo Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate team members in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including setting up and cleaning up after events.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including mail, faxes, and emails.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and provide training on company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with property management to address building maintenance and equipment needs.
- Assist with scanning and filing of documents, as well as preparing and mailing vendor checks.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
