Job Summary:

The Tommy Nobis Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute mail, packages, and other materials.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with inventory control and maintenance of office supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Working Conditions:

The work environment is a well-lit office setting with a moderate level of noise. The employee will be required to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and perform various administrative tasks.

Security Clearance:

The Tommy Nobis Center requires all employees to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
