Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, they will be responsible for organizing and preparing documents, reports, and presentations, as well as handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and mail handling
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
