Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Midwest and Western regions for our client, a leading provider of whitespace construction solutions for the data center facilities industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue and secure new business opportunities with Data Center Enterprise Customers, Colocation Providers, and Hyperscale companies
  • Manage relationships with partners, engineering firms, general contractors, and client contacts to stay aware of new and upcoming projects
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales objectives and stay on quota
  • Create tailored solutions to meet customer needs and deliver tangible ROI
  • Schedule sales meetings and presentations with qualified decision makers
  • Utilize CRM tools to track, report, and manage all sales activities
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and trade association meetings to facilitate networking opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the data center industry
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (a plus)
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in interior solutions for critical facilities, whitespace, and infrastructure
  • Strong professional network in the Data Center / Critical Facilities Market
  • Business contacts in the desired Western / Midwest Region - Critical Facility Operations, VP of IT, Director of Facilities, Facilities Managers, etc.
  • Background/contacts with design/build, construction, commissioning, structured cabling, and operations/maintenance of data centers (a huge plus)
  • Must be a team player and able to build long-term cooperative partner relationships with internal and external individuals
  • Active member of business organizations such as 7x24 Exchange, AFCOM, ASHRAE, Uptime, DCD, Bisnow, etc.
  • Previous experience in the Military/Military Veterans (a huge plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Must be able to demonstrate a sustained track record of business development accomplishments
  • Self-Starter/Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Customer relationship management platforms and Microsoft Office suite of products
  • BICSI Member and RCDD Certified (a major plus)
