Job Overview

Swatch Group (U.S.) Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support for our esteemed watch brands including Omega, Tissot, Longines, Hamilton, and Swatch.

This role is distinct from a conventional high-volume call center position. It encompasses a variety of responsibilities involving collaboration with Clients, Sales Representatives, and End-consumers. The standard working hours are from 10am to 7pm, Monday through Friday, with the expectation of flexibility to accommodate additional hours during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring same-day service for our distribution channels across the United States.
- Work collaboratively as a team player while effectively managing individual workloads.
- Handle incoming calls, process orders, and provide shipping support.
- Assist our brands and resellers with timely responses to inquiries, meeting departmental deadlines and objectives.
- Utilize company resources to enhance product knowledge and maintain awareness of the latest offerings.
- Address all inquiries in a professional, honest, and straightforward manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and organization.
- Maintain superior follow-up skills and organizational abilities.
- Provide initial training to new team members as required.
- Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our clients' products.
- Be flexible in working additional hours during peak periods.

- Previous experience in consumer or e-commerce settings is a plus.
- Proven reliability and dependability are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- High School Diploma; some college education is beneficial.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
