Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in our operations, serving as the initial point of contact for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with external sales representatives to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Ensure accurate order processing by interpreting and verifying customer orders.
