Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
1. Oversee the onboarding journey for your designated clients, guaranteeing a seamless transition and early achievements.
2. Serve as the communication bridge between clients and our internal teams, utilizing various platforms to ensure clear and ongoing dialogue.
3. Actively track client performance, recommending enhancements and optimizing strategies for improved outcomes.
4. Address technical challenges, delivering prompt and effective support to clients.
5. Conduct regular follow-ups and proactive assessments to maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships.
6. Leverage our range of products to deliver customized solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Must reside on the East Coast.
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing position.
- Strong technical knowledge in AdTech, ideally with practical experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and its technologies.
- Familiarity with SSP dashboards and CRM systems.
- Proven ability in strategic problem-solving and client management.
- Positive attitude, with the adaptability and focus required to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding patience and communication skills, both written and verbal.
