Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Retention Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers who have not renewed their lease agreements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Support store operations by assisting colleagues and acting as a key holder in the absence of the General Manager
  • Analyze customer payment patterns and provide recommendations to facilitate ownership
  • Collect payments and secure customer signatures on lease agreements
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Proven track record of achieving results
  • Ability to learn and apply proper collection procedures
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Physical ability to lift and transport merchandise weighing 50 pounds or more
  • Bi-lingual skills are advantageous

Requirements:
The Client Retention Specialist must possess a satisfactory driving record, complete a D.O.T. physical/certification, hold a valid driver's license, and adhere to the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy. Additionally, the candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
