Position:
Regional Customer Service Advisor

Employment Type:
Full Time, Permanent Role
Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm; Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday 8am to 5pm

Role Summary:

The Regional Customer Service Advisor serves as the representative of Bupa Global for our esteemed clients and partners, ensuring that our reputation for exceptional personalized service is upheld consistently.

With the quality of service recognized as the key factor in customer retention, this position is vital to our growth objectives in the region.

This role is perfect for individuals who possess a passion and ambition to excel and advance in the premium customer service sector.


Key Responsibilities:
Address all customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction without needing to escalate issues.
Manage intricate customer service challenges with confidence and poise in difficult situations.
Assist the department in achieving all targets related to quality, productivity, compliance, and regulations.

Advocate for customer service excellence, placing the customer at the forefront of all activities and suggesting ideas for continuous enhancement of the customer experience.

Acquire HKIA license (IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 2) and maintain the license by fulfilling the CPD hours requirement annually.


Qualifications:


Deliver outstanding customer service, comprehend our clients' needs, and provide first-contact resolution while meeting and surpassing our quality and productivity benchmarks.

Customize service by personalizing each customer interaction.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities, taking ownership and making sound decisions.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with a focus on achieving results.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
Maintain a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn about medical conditions to assist our clients.
Possess strong numeracy skills to accurately address claim or payment-related inquiries.
Be proficient in PC usage with essential keyboard skills and the ability to adapt to new operational systems.
Be open to working on weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis, with shift work compensated with a shift allowance.
Embrace an open, flexible, and team-oriented approach.

Essential Requirements:

A license from the Hong Kong Insurance Authority by successfully passing the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Exams (paper 1 & 2) and holding a valid HK ID card/passport is mandatory.
