Position Overview:
The Client Success Manager at Aerostar Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing client relations and project initiatives to foster and enhance partnerships while identifying new opportunities.

This role involves nurturing both existing and new client relationships through regular engagement, including on-site visits, team-building activities, and consistent communication. The ideal candidate will proactively gather feedback, anticipate client needs, and leverage social media to provide ongoing value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain robust relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and other key clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing annual sales targets of $20M, taking into account market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Industry Knowledge: Remain informed about trends in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, technological innovations, and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to addressing client requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish achievable sales goals and track progress through KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor actions to identify potential opportunities and challenges, adjusting sales tactics as necessary.
  • Negotiation: Lead discussions with clients, addressing their concerns and finalizing agreements that balance customer satisfaction with company profitability.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to upper management, highlighting successes, obstacles, and strategic plans for the future.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for identifying challenges.
  • Creative thinking to devise solutions for internal and external issues.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.
  • Effective leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with various marketing tools.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • A proven history of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive manufacturing landscape and current trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
