Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in our Inside Sales Center. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, addressing their product inquiries and scheduling in-home consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound communications to potential customers for consultations and quotes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone.
- Verify customer information for accuracy and determine availability for consultations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Address and resolve objections regarding scheduling and costs to facilitate timely consultations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every potential customer.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information:
- No travel is required for this position.
- Opportunities for overtime may arise based on business needs.
- This role is primarily sedentary, with occasional light lifting.
