Position Overview:

The Call Center Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responds to incoming calls promptly, maintaining a courteous demeanor and utilizing proper grammar and diction.
• Investigates and resolves customer inquiries regarding community photo enforcement programs.
• Accurately documents call details in the RedCheck system on a daily basis.
• Escalates issues to the Team Lead as necessary and in a timely manner.
• Assists customers with credit card transactions for violation payments.
• Regularly checks work email and other communication platforms.
• Performs additional tasks as required.

Essential Skills:
• Proficient in Customer Service, computer skills, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in an inbound call center environment.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

Preferred Attributes:
• Soft Skills: Friendly demeanor, teamwork orientation, critical thinking abilities, and capacity to handle challenging customer interactions.
• Strong emphasis on attendance, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
