Job Summary

Under supervision, this position is responsible for working with customers to resolve their inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. Duties include conducting research, making decisions, and responding to customer questions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Experience working with customers in a call center environment
  • Multi-lingual skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Work Environment

This is a flex role working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Base Pay Range

$27.15
