Position Overview

HR Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of an HR Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience for a full-time opportunity within a vibrant entertainment organization. This position is structured as a contract-to-hire, providing a chance to engage with a progressive and innovative company in the film and television sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering human resources assistance to a dedicated team while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The ideal applicant will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize HR responsibilities effectively, and excellent communication skills, as they will be integral to the operational success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update employee records
  2. Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and tracking applicants
  3. Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  4. Provide assistance with employee benefits
  5. Facilitate new hire orientation sessions
  6. Carry out additional tasks as required to support team members and other departments

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a corporate setting
  2. Preferred educational background includes a college degree
  3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  4. Friendly, proactive demeanor with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment

Essential Skills:

  1. Meticulous attention to detail
  2. Proficient multitasking abilities
  3. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience Requirements:

  1. 2 to 4 years of recent experience in Human Resources within a corporate framework

Work Schedule:

Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
