Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator with a robust background in the healthcare sector to enhance our dedicated HR team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of recruitment expertise and healthcare knowledge to effectively address our organization's staffing requirements and facilitate a seamless integration for new employees into our healthcare-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job specifications.

Devise and execute effective recruitment strategies to draw in qualified candidates.

Advertise job vacancies across various job boards and professional networks.

Evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and arrange interviews with hiring managers.

Ensure positive candidate experiences by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with candidate details and recruitment analytics.

2. Onboarding and Orientation:

Organize and lead new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.

Prepare and distribute necessary new hire documentation, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment forms.

Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements during the onboarding phase.

Provide new employees with insights into company culture, values, and available resources.

Act as the primary contact for new hires during their initial employment period, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

3. Benefits Administration:

Oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Assist employees with benefits enrollment, modifications, and claims inquiries.

Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit-related transactions.

Conduct benefits orientation sessions and offer ongoing support regarding benefits options.

Stay informed about trends and regulations in healthcare benefits to ensure compliance and enhance offerings.

4. Leveraging Healthcare Expertise:

Utilize knowledge of the healthcare industry to effectively recruit and onboard candidates with specialized skills.

Apply healthcare-specific regulations and standards throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Provide recommendations for improving HR practices within a healthcare framework.

5. Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of recruitment, onboarding, and benefits activities.

Prepare reports and presentations related to recruitment and benefits administration as required.

Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Strong understanding of healthcare benefits administration and associated regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Capacity to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or a similar credential is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with healthcare-specific recruitment platforms and networks.

Familiarity with electronic benefits administration systems.

Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, healthcare-oriented environment.
