Job Overview

Cadogan Tate Los Angeles Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in providing administrative and project support to enhance the efficiency of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR Team: Assist all HR personnel and clients in various administrative tasks.
  • File Management: Maintain and archive personnel files and records, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
  • Data Entry: Facilitate data entry into the HRIS for new hires, terminations, and status changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling training sessions and preparing orientation materials.
  • Applicant Tracking: Aid the HR Manager in managing the applicant tracking system, including job postings and candidate tracking.
  • Reporting: Generate various reports related to audits, attendance, and performance evaluations to support HR initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations at all levels.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties such as answering inquiries, sorting mail, and preparing correspondence.
  • Special Projects: Assist with HR special projects and events, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Relevant experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
