  • Talent Acquisition and Sourcing:
    • Establish and nurture a diverse talent pool through various sourcing techniques, including online research, networking, social media outreach, advertising, and referrals.

    • Source, assess, and manage applications for both internal and external candidates, ensuring compliance with affirmative action guidelines.
  • Candidate Engagement and Communication:

    • Collect data, conduct analyses, and generate reports as required.
  • Training and Orientation:
    • Support the preparation of educational materials and provide orientation to new employees regarding personnel policies and union agreements.
  • Program Management:
    • Oversee volunteer and internship initiatives and manage recruitment for nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary staff.
  • Professional Growth:
    • Stay updated on advancements in HR practices, market trends, and relevant regulations.
    • Pursue ongoing HR education and training as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of recruiting and HR experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.
  • Certifications: PHR or other HR certifications are preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experienced with applicant tracking and HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
    • Strong computer skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with strong analytical and abstract thinking skills.
